Located in Gordon Head, Saanich at the intersection of Shelbourne Street Cabana Place, this wood frame building, completed in 2023 was the first condominium building on Vancouver Island, and only the second in Canada to offer 100% EV parking.

In fact, this project was honoured the Vancouver Island Building Industry Award for Technical Innovation in a Development.

The project was built to national environmental building standards focused on promoting sustainable living and improving the quality of life of Canadians by ensuring the country’s abundant natural resources are developed sustainably, competitively and inclusively. The project is Certified BUILT GREEN®Gold, featuring  energy-efficient appliances, double glazed thermal windows, and a centralized variable refrigerant flow temperature control system.
