We built the first six-storey, wood frame condominium in Canada.

Our Skyline condominium project overlooking the inner harbour and the Salish Sea at 924 Esquimalt Road in Esquimalt was the first completed six story condominium project in Canada in 2012. The six-story wood-frame structures combine engineered lumber over a concrete slab. Along with the cost benefits, the extensive use of wood hold many desirable sustainability attributes.

We are extremely proud of this accomplishment.

In a region known for its natural beauty and successful forest industry we felt it fitting that this project incorporates thoughtful use of wood in a way that is as practical as it is beautiful.
